7 days in Lugano Itinerary

Located in the popular holiday region of Ticino, Lugano is the largest Italian-speaking town in Switzerland.

Head to Laderach Chocolaterie Suisse and Fondazione Gabriele e Anna Bragliafor plenty of shopping. Get outdoors at Tibetan bridge "Carasc" and Olive Trail. Get out of town with these interesting Lugano side-trips: Parco delle Gole della Breggia (in Morbio Inferiore), Bellinzona (Chateaux de Bellinzone, Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie, &more) and Chiesa di San Pietro (Chiesa Rossa) (in Castel San Pietro). There's lots more to do: appreciate the extensive heritage of Centro storico Gandria, get outside with Cimetta, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Chiesa San Rocco Lugano, and walk around Skatepark Lugano.
