City of Smiles

Located on the sea, Aarhus blends a world city with a small-town feel. Home to a young population, the city has a reputation for producing internationally known pop and rock musicians.

On the next day, look and learn at Aros Aarhus Kunstmuseum, then get in on the family fun at Tivoli Friheden, and then look for all kinds of wild species at Aarslev Engso.

To find photos, other places to visit, where to stay, and tourist information, read our Aarhus trip planner.
