Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Ubud is an approximately 16-hour flight. The time zone changes from Arabian Standard Time to Central Indonesia Time, which is usually a 5 hour difference. In August, Ubud is a bit cooler than Jeddah - with highs of 34°C and lows of 28°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 13th (Fri) so you can go by car to Kuta.

Formerly a sleepy fishing village, the beach resort town of Kuta now represents one of Indonesia's most popular tourist destinations.
Family-friendly places like Waterbom Bali and Spas will thrill your kids. Explore Kuta's surroundings by going to Joe's Gone Diving (in Sanur) and Uluwatu Temple (in Pecatu). There's still lots to do: stroll through Kuta Beach - Bali, take in the spiritual surroundings of Pura Dalem Pengembak, stop by Krakakoa Chocolate Factory & Store, and enjoy the sand and surf at Pantai Sanur.

You can drive from Ubud to Kuta in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. August in Kuta sees daily highs of 34°C and lows of 28°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 17th (Tue) to allow enough time to fly back home.
