An ancient city on the banks of the Ganges, Haridwar has been an important Hindu pilgrimage center since time immemorial.
Popular historic sites such as Ganga Aarti at Haridwar and Chandi Devi Temple are in your itinerary. Get out of town with these interesting Haridwar side-trips: Rishikesh (Spas, The Beatles Ashram, &more).
