An unspoiled fishing village for most of its existence, Kas now serves as a mostly quiet tourist town, located on the southern section of the country's Mediterranean coastline.
Start off your visit on the 18th (Wed): explore the ancient world of Xanthos Antik Kenti, then explore the ancient world of Patara Antik Kenti, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Kaputas Beach. On the next day, explore the ancient world of Hellenistic Theatre, then take in the waterfront activity at Kalekoy Harbour, and then see some colorful creatures with a scuba or snorkeling tour.

Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Antalya in August: high temperatures in Kas hover around 38°C and lows are around 24°C.
