First Eastern National Park

The first national park east of the Mississippi River, Acadia National Park draws visitors with its rugged landscape of ocean shoreline, low-slung granite mountains, dense woodlands, and pristine lakes.
On the 20th (Sun), grab your bike and head to Carriage Roads, hike along Bubble Rock, and then kick back and relax at Echo Lake Beach. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 21st (Mon): trek along Champlain Mountain & Beehive Loop Trail and then trek along Gorham Mountain Trail.

Rich in museums, restaurants, shops, and historical sites, Boston attracts over 16 million visitors each year. New England's largest and most influential city, Boston ranks among the world's major centers of education and culture.
Escape the urban bustle at Castle Island and Charles River. Attractions like The Harvard Museum of Natural History and John F. Kennedy National Historic Site make great kid-friendly stops. Change things up with a short trip to Lexington Green in Lexington (about 30 minutes away). There's much more to do: explore the different monuments and memorials at Mount Auburn Cemetery, examine the collection at Edward M.
