Seoul

— 59 nights
One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Venture out of the city with trips to Bucheon (Bucheon Natural Ecological Park, Sangdong Lake Park, &more), 2001 Oulet Munhwa Center - Cheolsan (in Gwangmyeong) and Nami Island (in Chuncheon). Plan for a day of cool, family-friendly fun on the 6th (Mon) at Icheon Termeden. And it doesn't end there: get engrossed in the history at Gyeongbokgung Palace, contemplate the waterfront views at Cheonggyecheon Stream, don't miss a visit to N Seoul Tower, and contemplate the long history of DMZ Haemaru Village.

To see other places to visit, more things to do, photos, and other tourist information, use the Seoul trip planner.

If you are flying in from Turkey, the closest major aiports are Gimpo International Airport, Incheon International Airport and Osan Air Base. In June in Seoul, expect temperatures between 32°C during the day and 22°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 30th (Thu) early enough to travel back home.
