Aalborg, is Denmark's fourth biggest city with an urban population of 136.000 (including 22.000 in the twin city Nørresundby 600 meters across the Limfjorden. Escape the urban bustle at Lokken Beach and Grenen Skagen. Step off the beaten path and head to Rubjerg Knude and Aarhus Cathedral. Venture out of the city with trips to Ebeltoft (Ree Park Safari, Ebeltoft Skudehavn, & more), Aarhus (Naturhistorisk Museum, ARoS Aarhus Art Museum, & more) and Vra (Kunstbygningen i Vrå - Engelundsamlingen & Borglum Kloster). Spend the 7th (Thu) exploring nature at Nationalpark Mols Bjerge. Spend the 13th (Wed) exploring nature at Rebild National Park. The adventure continues: examine the collection at Lindholm Hoeje Museum, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Dronninglund Kirke, step into the grandiose world of Voergaard Castle, and visit a coastal fixture at Hirtshals Fyr.
