Start off your visit on the 1st (Mon): explore the striking landscape at Colle del Gianicolo and then appreciate the history behind Arco di Costantino. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 2nd (Tue): explore the ancient world of Parco Archeologico di Ostia Antica, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Abbey of St. Paul Outside the Walls, then test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Basilica di Santa Prassede, and finally admire the masterpieces at Museo Nazionale Romano - Palazzo Massimo alle Terme.

Tel Aviv, Israel to Rome is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train.
