Kobe to Toyooka is an approximately 2.5-hour car ride. You can also take a train; or do a combination of bus and flight. In July, plan for daily highs up to 34°C, and evening lows to 28°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 7th (Wed) so you can go by car to Ine-cho.

Ayabe is a city located in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Start off your visit on the 10th (Sat): see the interesting displays at Gunze Museum, test the waters at Fukuchiyama Onsen Yoro no Yu, take in the spiritual surroundings of Kannonji Temple, then get a taste of life in the country at Ayabe Fureai Farm, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Ankokuji Temple.
