Drogheda is one of the oldest towns in Ireland, known for its tourism and as a centre of industry and medical care. On the 3rd (Tue), delve into the distant past at Bru na Boinne, then steep yourself in history at Hill of Tara (Temair), and then explore the historical opulence of Malahide Castle. On your second day here, explore the historical opulence of Trim Castle and then get to know the resident critters at Tayto Park.
