Built on seven hills, Lisbon has experienced a renaissance in recent years, making it the cultural star of Portugal.
You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Praia da Nazare and Praia Fluvial do Carvoeiro. Popular historic sites such as Capela dos Ossos and Castelo de S. Jorge are in your itinerary. Venture out of the city with trips to Batalha (Capelas Imperfeitas & Batalha Monastery), Oficina - Museu (in Capelas) and Monastery of Alcobaca (in Alcobaca). There's lots more to do: wander the streets of Chiado, get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour, step into the grandiose world of Castelo dos Mouros, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Templo Romano de Evora (Templo de Diana).

Plan my Lisbon trip by asking Inpirock to come up with tips and suggestions.
