Medellin, Colombia to Quito is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or drive. Traveling from Medellin in September, expect Quito to be little chillier, temps between 26°C and 15°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 6th (Sun) early enough to travel to Lima.
