The third-largest city in the country, Incheon combines history and culture in an interesting whole.

Incheon National University has been added to your itinerary. Get out of town with these interesting Incheon side-trips: Yangju (Nari Park & Gana Art Park), Seoul (Changgyeonggung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, &more) and Korea National Arboretum (in Pocheon). Pack the 1st (Mon) with family-friendly diversions at Korean Folk Village. Next up on the itinerary: take in the spiritual surroundings of Bomunsa Temple, make a trip to Hwaseong Fortress, steep yourself in history at Ganghwasanseong Fortress, and get engrossed in the history at Bupyeong History Museum.
