A global center of finance and transportation, Frankfurt is perhaps best known for its futuristic cityscape.
Attractions like Cologne Cathedral and Schloss Heidelberg make great kid-friendly stops. Venture out of the city with trips to Altstadt (in Idstein), Wurzburg (Romantische Strasse, Vierroehrenbrunnen, &more) and Cologne (St. Maria Himmelfahrt, Roncalliplatz Model of Spire, &more). And it doesn't end there: make a trip to Romer, steep yourself in history at Goethe House, see the interesting displays at Medieval Crime Museum (Mittelalterliches Kriminalmuseum), and admire the landmark architecture of Main Tower.

Berlin to Frankfurt is an approximately 3.5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. In March in Frankfurt, expect temperatures between 13°C during the day and 1°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 4th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel to Bengaluru.
