Oban is a resort town within the Argyll and Bute council area of Scotland. Do some cultural sightseeing at Duart Castle and Oban War & Peace Museum. Step off the beaten path and head to Oban Distillery and St. Conan’s Kirk. Get out of town with these interesting Oban side-trips: Falls of Dochart (in Killin), Inveraray Jail (in Inveraray) and Nether Largie South Cairn (in Kilmartin).
