— 51 nights

Spain's Most Elegant City

Known for its prime north coast location and elegant city center, Santander remains the central destination for tourism and commerce in the whole Cantabrian region.
Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Santander: Castro Urdiales (Iglesia San Pedro, Avenida de la Constitucion, &more), Ruta Lineal del Nervion (in Llodio) and Bilbao (Museo Maritimo Ria de Bilbao, Mercado de las Especias, &more). Spend the 1st (Wed) exploring nature at Peninsula of Magdalena. Spend the 20th (Mon) exploring nature at Parque Nacional de Los Picos de Europa. There's still lots to do: step into the grandiose world of Palacio de La Magdalena, walk around Parque de Matalenas, admire the landmark architecture of El Capricho de Gaudi, and explore the striking landscape at San Juan de Gaztelugatxe.

To find other places to visit, more things to do, reviews, and more tourist information, read our Santander trip builder site.
