You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Alpacaly Ever After and Hope Park. Muncaster Castle and Castlerigg Stone Circle will appeal to history buffs. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Cockermouth: Grange-in-Borrowdale (Holy Trinity Church & Castle Crag), Watendlath (in Borrowdale) and Boot (St Catherine's Chruch & Eskdale Mill).
