You'll find plenty of places to visit near Kalamata: Agios Nikolaos Beach (in Agios Nikolaos), Kalogrias Beach (in Stoupa) and Kardamili (Foneas Beach, Kalamitsi Beach, &more). There's lots more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Kalamata Beach, take in the architecture and atmosphere at The Church of Agioi Apostoloi, tour the pleasant surroundings at Paralia Almirou, and explore the ancient world of Antigua Mesenia.

Kyparissia is a town and a former municipality in northwestern Messenia, Peloponnese, Greece. Get out of town with these interesting Kyparissia side-trips: Messini (Andromonastiro, Ancient Messini Stadium, &more), Beach Break (in Gargalianoi) and Temple of Apollo Epikourios (in Skliros).
