City of Kings

Reims is home to Champagne--the most celebrated and celebratory wine in the world.
Get out of town with these interesting Reims side-trips: Memorial De Mondement (in Mondement-Montgivroux), Parc des Capucins (in Coulommiers) and Champagne DOMI (in Grauves). There's lots more to do: admire the landmark architecture of Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Reims, learn about winemaking at Maison Ruinart, steep yourself in history at Palais du Tau, and pause for some serene contemplation at Basilique Saint-Remi.
