Weimar more than makes up for its relatively small size with a wealth of historical, cultural, and architectural attractions.
Venture out of the city with trips to Erfurt (Kramerbrucke Erfurt, Domplatz, &more) and Haus Schulenburg (in Gera). The adventure continues: stroll around Park an der Ilm, admire the striking features of Jen-Tower, see the interesting displays at Liszt Haus, and steep yourself in history at Goethe National Museum.
