Pointe-Noire is a commune on Guadeloupe, a French overseas department in the Caribbean. Take a break from the city and head to Plage Leroux and Le Tapeur. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Plage de Petite Anse and Le Spa du Parc aux Orchidees. Step out of Pointe-Noire to go to Deshaies and see Eglise Saint Pierre et saint Paul, which is approximately 32 minutes away. There's lots more to do: take in the exciting artwork at Reve de Sable, stroll around Parc Aquacole, and don't miss a visit to Notre Dame des Larmes.
