Named after Lord Byron's grandfather, Byron Bay is not only famous as the easternmost point of Australia, but even more so as one of the liveliest vacation spots in the country.
Kick off your visit on the 28th (Mon): get a new perspective on things with Sundive Byron Bay, look for gifts at The Byron Bay Book Exchange, then enjoy the sea views from Cape Byron Lighthouse, and finally trek along Cape Byron Walking Track. On the 29th (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: get the adrenaline pumping with an extreme tour, experience rural life at The Farm Byron Bay, then take in the waterfront at Ballina Historic Waterfront Trail, and finally go for a walk through Lennox Head Boardwalk.
