Singapore, Singapore to Tokyo is an approximately 11-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone changes from Singapore Standard Time (SGT) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually a 1 hour difference. Prepare for much colder weather when traveling from Singapore in January: high temperatures in Tokyo hover around 11°C and lows are around 1°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Tue) so you can travel to Sapporo.

Getting from Tokyo to Sapporo by flight takes about 4.5 hours. Other options: take a train; or do a combination of bus and train. When traveling from Tokyo in February, plan for cooler days in Sapporo, with highs around -1°C, while nights are slightly colder with lows around -5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 24th (Wed) so you can travel to Hiroshima.
