Tel Aviv, Israel to Ishigaki is an approximately 20-hour flight. The time zone difference moving from Israel Standard Time to Japan Standard Time is 7 hours. Formed by the gradual merging of several old fishing villages, today the island town of Motobu-cho boasts paradisal beaches of white sand, clear waters, and a rich array of wildlife.
Get out of town with these interesting Motobu-cho side-trips: Kouri Ohashi (in Nakijin-son), Cape Manzamo (in Onna-son) and Sefa-Utaki (in Nanjo).
