Taipei to Liuqiu is an approximately 4.5-hour combination of flight and ferry. You can also do a combination of train, bus, and ferry; or do a combination of bus and ferry. Traveling from Taipei in November, expect nights in Liuqiu to be about the same, around 25°C, while days are somewhat warmer, around 34°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Sun) so you can travel to Hengchun.

Hengchun

Located on the southern tip of the eponymous peninsula, Hengchun serves as the entry point to Kenting National Park, often attracting more travelers than locals with its tropical beach resorts and bustling night markets.
Go for a jaunt from Hengchun to Manzhou to see Tuoxiezide Haochabuluo about 32 minutes away. The adventure continues: identify plant and animal life at Kenting National Park, take in the history at Mudan Shihmen Battle Field, see Kenting Tribe 1173 Surf Shop, and get outside with White Sand Bay.

Traveling by combination of ferry and bus from Liuqiu to Hengchun takes 3 hours. In November, daytime highs in Hengchun are 34°C, while nighttime lows are 25°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 4th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Taitung.

Taitung is known for nature, parks, and museums. Hualien

A small trading town in the 17th century, Kaohsiung now stands as a sprawling metropolis, its harbor representing the largest on the island.
