Vlorë is the third largest city and a municipality in Albania. Get out of town with these interesting Vlore side-trips: Llogara National Park (in Llogara National Park) and Orikum Archaeological Park (in Orikum). Spend the 9th (Fri) exploring nature at Karaburun-Sazan National Marine Park. There's much more to do: contemplate the waterfront views at Blue Eye, don't miss a visit to Zvernec Monastery, head outdoors with Summer DEPO, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Muradie Mosque.

You can drive from Berat to Vlore in 2 hours. In July, daytime highs in Vlore are 38°C, while nighttime lows are 20°C. On the 11th (Sun), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can take a shuttle to Himare.

You can take a shuttle from Vlore to Himare in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. The time zone difference moving from Central European Standard Time (CET) to Eastern European Standard Time (EET) is 1 hour. Traveling from Vlore in July, Himare is a bit warmer at night with lows of 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Sun) to allow time to drive to Saranda.
