A trip to Corolla will add a bit of slow-paced fun to your Outer Banks holiday.
Kick off your visit on the 29th (Wed): look for all kinds of wild species at Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education, get interesting insight from Tours, and then get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 30th (Thu): hike along Currituck Banks Reserve, then enjoy the sand and surf at Carova Beach, then enjoy the sea views from Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Museum, and finally enjoy the sand and surf at Currituck Beach.

Portland to Corolla is an approximately 7.5- hour combination of flight and car. You can also do a combination of flight, bus, and car; or drive. On the 1st (Fri), get curious at North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, get curious at Marbles Kids Museum, then explore the world behind art at North Carolina Museum of Art, and finally look for all kinds of wild species at Fletcher Park.
