Mombasa rests on the exotic shores of the Indian Ocean and serves as a globally popular vacation destination thanks to its classy hotels and friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Bring the kids along to Safaris and Diani Beach. When in Mombasa, make a side trip to see Waterskiing & Jetskiing in Diani Beach, approximately Diani Beach away. Nairobi to Mombasa is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. Traveling from Nairobi in July, things will get somewhat warmer in Mombasa: highs are around 33°C and lows about 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 17th (Sat) early enough to drive to Watamu.

Drive from Mombasa to Watamu in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of taxi and flight; or do a combination of bus and taxi. Plan for a bit warmer nights when traveling from Mombasa in July since evenings lows in Watamu dip to 28°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 18th (Sun) early enough to catch the flight back home.
