4 days in Mendoza Itinerary

Famed for its neat vineyards and thriving wine production, Mendoza remains the place to visit for a pleasant combination of relaxation and recreation.

Go for a jaunt from Mendoza to Maipu to see Casa El Enemigo about 38 minutes away. Dedicate the 11th (Sun) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. On the 12th (Mon), give your taste buds a day to remember with a local gastronomic tour. There's still lots to do: make a trip to Plaza Independencia, explore the striking landscape at Canon del Atuel, learn about winemaking at Bodega Catena Zapata, and take some stellar pictures from Cerro de la Gloria.

If you are flying in from Brazil, the closest major airport is El Plumerillo Airport. In August, plan for daily highs up to 22°C, and evening lows to 5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 13th (Tue) so you can travel back home.
