Start off your visit on the 29th (Fri): don't miss a visit to Bamako Grand Mosque, then examine the collection at Musee National de Bamako, then hunt for treasures at Bamako city centre, market, and finally explore the wealth of natural beauty at Parc national du Mali, Bamako. Keep things going the next day: pause for some photo ops at Monument de l"Independance, then get to know the resident critters at Zoo National du Mali, then pause for some serene contemplation at Cathedral of Bamako, and finally take in the dramatic scenery at Dandan waterfalls.
