An old castle town largely unspoiled during World War II, Kanazawa features well-preserved architecture spread across a range of districts.
Kick off your visit on the 29th (Sun): examine the collection at D. T. Suzuki Museum, then take in nature's colorful creations at Shofukaku Garden, then contemplate the long history of Shima, and finally make a trip to Kazuemachi Tea House Street.
