4 days in Billund & Bornholm Itinerary

Billund centers around everything LEGGO, as the seat of the internationally renowed company's headquarters (and also home to the Billund airport, built by the LEGGO company).

Get out of town with these interesting Billund side-trips: Hjerting Kirke (in Esbjerg), Herning bibliotek (in Herning) and Blaavand (Tirpitz & Blaavand Beach). There's still lots to do: catch some excitement at LEGO House, walk around Skulpturpark, cool off at Lalandia, and make a trip to Street Art.

Copenhagen to Billund is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. Expect a daytime high around 4°C in February, and nighttime lows around -1°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 20th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel to Allinge.

Start off your visit on the 21st (Sun): identify plant and animal life at Helligdomsklipperne V. Bornholms Kunstmuseum Helligdommem, tour the pleasant surroundings at Stenhuggerstien, then take a memorable drive along Tovbanen.dk, and finally explore the ancient world of Hammershus.
