You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Széchenyi Thermal Bath. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Food Tours and Budapest Pinball Museum. When in Budapest, make a side trip to see Esztergom Basilica / Cathedral in Esztergom, approximately 1h 10 min away.
