The country's capital and largest city, Berlin is a diverse urban center boasting a lively nightlife and countless things to do.
Get outdoors at Strandbar Mitte and Pfaueninsel. Get a sense of the local culture at Pergamonmuseum and Topography of Terror. Change things up with a short trip to Potsdam's Gardens in Potsdam (about 50 minutes away). There's much more to do: step into the grandiose world of Charlottenburg Palace, take an in-depth tour of Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz, pause for some photo ops at Brandenburg Gate, and contemplate the long history of Memorial of the Berlin Wall.
