Inari is Finland's largest, most sparsely populated municipality, with four official languages, more than any other in the country. On the 6th (Tue), trek along Juutua Nature Trail, then take a stroll around The Sami Cultural Centre Sajos, and then see the interesting displays at Siida - Sami Museum and Nature Center. On your second day here, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Saariselka S:t Paulus Chapel, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Pielpajarvi Wilderness Church, then wander the wide-open spaces of Angeli Reindeer Farm, and finally relax in the rural setting at Inari Reindeer Farm.

You can do a combination of train and flight from Lappeenranta to Inari in 5.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or do a combination of train and bus. Traveling from Lappeenranta in August, expect Inari to be little chillier, temps between 19°C and 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Wed) so you can travel to Levi.
