Luleå is a city on the coast of northern Sweden, and the capital of Norrbotten County, the northernmost county in Sweden. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Isbanan and Lulea Adventure Hundspann. Take a break from Lulea with a short trip to Guide Natura in Pitea, about 42 minutes away.
