Visit Uwajima Castle and Toyogahashi Eitokuji Temple for their historical value. Step out of the city life by going to Shimanto River and Nametoko Valley. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Uwajima: Ozu (Shussekiji Temple & Iyo Ozu Sukunahikona Shrine), Cape Kamado (in Saiki) and Ainan-cho (Sotodomari & Shidenkai Exhibition Hall).
