Take a break from the city and head to Scheveningen beach and Landgoed Clingendael. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at The Mauritshuis Royal Picture Gallery and Escher in Het Paleis (Escher in the Palace). Get out of town with these interesting The Hague side-trips: Hoek van Holland beach (in Hoek van Holland) and Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen (in Rotterdam).
