Plan for a bit cooler temperatures traveling from Bucharest in August, with highs in Tallinn at 24°C and lows at 13°C. You'll have a few hours on the 9th (Mon) to wrap things up before traveling to Tartu.

One of the oldest cities in the Baltic region, Tartu boasts heaps of cultural attractions, a quaint Old Town, and bustling main square.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like AHHAA Science Centre and University of Tartu Museum Tartu Ülikooli muuseum. Explore Tartu's surroundings by going to Alatskivi (Eduard Tubin Museum & Alatskivi Castle (vald)). There's still lots to do: take a stroll through Tartu Old City, see the interesting displays at A.
