Almada is a city and a municipality in Portugal, located on the southern margin of the Tagus River, on the opposite side of the river from Lisbon. Kids will enjoy Santuario Nacional de Cristo Rei and Vertente Natural. Explore Almada's surroundings by going to Lapa de Santa Margarida (in Portinho da Arrabida), Sesimbra (Castelo de Sesimbra, Praia da California, &more) and Setubal (Serra da Arrabida, Mercado do Livramento, &more). The adventure continues: make a trip to Overlooking Lisbon, tour the pleasant surroundings at Fonte da Telha Beach, take a tour of Fragata D. Fernando II e Gloria, and get outside with Praia do Meco.
