One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Step off the beaten path and head to Bukhansan National Park and Ewha Womans University. Venture out of the city with trips to Everland (in Yongin), Incheon (Deokjinjin Fortress, Incheon Bridge, & more) and The Garden of Morning Calm (in Gapyeong-gun). You'll lose 2 hours traveling from Da Nang to Seoul due to the time zone difference. In October in Seoul, expect temperatures between 22°C during the day and 21°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Sat) so you can travel to Seogwipo.
