You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Kirra Beach and Burleigh Head National Park. Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Queensland Museum & Sciencentre and Nepalese Pagoda. Go for a jaunt from Brisbane to Main Beach to see Anthea Polson Art about 1h 30 min away. Spend the 2nd (Tue) observing fascinating marine mammals with a dolphin and whale watching tour. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Brisbane is an approximately 12-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and bus; or do a combination of train and flight. The time zone changes from Malaysia Time (MYT) to Australian Eastern Standard Time (Queensland) (AEST), which is usually a 2 hour difference. When traveling from Kuala Lumpur in January, plan for little chillier days and about the same nights in Brisbane: temperatures range from 34°C by day to 25°C at night.
