A resort town located in the foothills of Mount Fuji, Fujikawaguchiko-machi acts as a base for many who plan to take one of the trails up the iconic volcano.
On the 29th (Fri), find something for the whole family at Fuji-Q Highland, tour the pleasant surroundings at Lake Kawaguchi, and then snap pictures at Lake Kawaguchi Ohashi Bridge. On the 30th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine, then don't miss a visit to Mt.
