Delft is a town rich in tradition and provides a lovely alternative to the bustling more popular cities.
Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Prinsenkwartier and The Blue Tulip. Visiting Golfbaan Delfland and Papaver Delft will get you outdoors. And it doesn't end there: get outside with Race Planet Delft, explore the striking landscape of Natuur en recreatiegebied Broekpolder, see the interesting displays at The Hidden House of Madame de Berry, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Old Church.

Located in the South Holland province, Rotterdam is one of the Netherlands' most lively cities, as well as one of the largest trading ports in the world.
Take a break from the city and head to Haagse Bos and Landgoed Clingendael. The Mauritshuis Royal Picture Gallery and Prison Gate Museum will appeal to museum buffs. Get out of town with these interesting Rotterdam side-trips: Scheveningen Beach (in Scheveningen), Klimpark Het Klimeiland (in Leidschendam) and The Hague (Zuiderpark Den Haag uit 1923, The Dutch Souvenir Cafe, & more). Next up on the itinerary: tee off at Golfclub Dorpswaard, take an in-depth tour of Panorama Mesdag, hike along Park Merwestein, and examine the collection at Dutch Pinball Museum.
