A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Get in touch with nature at Paris Plage and Arboretum de la Vallee-aux-Loups. Get some cultural insight at 1st Arrondissement and Philippe-Chatrier Court. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Paris: Musee de l'Air et de l'Espace (in Le Bourget), Chartres (Eglise Sainte-Foy & Chartres Historic Preservation Area) and Chateau de La Roche-Guyon (in La Roche-Guyon). While traveling from Amsterdam, expect a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Paris, ranging from highs of 27°C to lows of 15°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 6th (Sat) so you can take a train to Bayeux.

Cassis

Cassis is a commune situated east of Marseille in the department of Bouches-du-Rhône in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southern France.It is a popular tourist destination, famous for its cliffs (falaises) and the sheltered inlets called calanques. Get some cultural insight at Abbaye de La Celle and Chateau d'Evenos. Get in touch with nature at Anse Magaud and Plage des Oursinieres. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Cassis: Bandol (Scuba & Snorkeling & Sentier Littoral), Saint Cyr Parachute Ascensionnel (in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer) and La Cadiere d'Azur (Domaines Bunan & Domaine Lou Capelan).
