Along the Dalmation Coast, the city of Dubrovnik has become famous for its pedestrian-only Old Town surrounded by fortress walls, and its historical heft has earned it World Heritage Site status.
Get a sense of the local culture at Gradske Zidine and Old Town. Visit Stradun and Lapad for their historical value. Take a break from Dubrovnik with a short trip to Cavtat Old Town in Cavtat, about 34 minutes away.
