Getting from Shanghai to Hangzhou by combination of train, subway, and taxi takes about 3 hours. Other options: drive; or do a combination of train, bus, and taxi. In February in Hangzhou, expect temperatures between 52°F during the day and 38°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 26th (Wed) early enough to go by car to Huangshan.
