Renowned for its deep gorge, the quaint, whitewashed village of Ronda has preserved its charm as an Andalusian country village.Get some cultural insight at La Ciudad and Baños Arabes. Get out of town with these interesting Ronda side-trips: Torremolinos (Playa El Bajondillo & Playa La Carihuela), Benalmadena (Buddist Temple & Castillo de Colomares) and Avenida del Mar (in Marbella). There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at Museo Lara, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Iglesia de Santa Maria la Mayor, zoom along the surf with a waterskiing or jet-skiing adventure, and walk around Alameda Del Tajo.
