The country's second city, Cebu City boasts a number of interesting colonial buildings, thriving commercial areas, and historic temples.
Start off your visit on the 18th (Thu): steep yourself in history at Fort San Pedro, then see the interesting displays at Basilica del Santo Nino, and then steep yourself in history at Magellan's Cross.

Boracay to Cebu City is an approximately 3.5-hour combination of ferry and flight. You can also do a combination of ferry and bus; or do a combination of ferry and bus. In November, plan for daily highs up to 88°F, and evening lows to 77°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 18th (Thu) so you can travel to San Carlos City.
